This Refund & Return Policy explains how Lepique, operated by Liquid Nation Inc., handles return requests, refund requests, exchanges, damaged items, wrong items, and related customer-support cases for Lepique skincare products. In this policy, "Lepique," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Liquid Nation Inc.
1. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, refund, exchange, or support review, contact our customer-support team at kwshim@lepique-beauty.com or +82-070-4187-9066.
Please include the following information so we can review your request:
- Order number or purchase confirmation
- Name and email address used for the order
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for the request
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, or issue where relevant
We normally review complete support requests within 3 business days. We may ask for additional information before approving a return, refund, or replacement.
2. Return Window
Unless a stricter rule is shown at checkout or required by the applicable marketplace, return requests should be submitted within 14 days after delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition unless the request concerns a damaged, defective, wrong, or otherwise verified issue.
3. Eligible Return and Refund Cases
Returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements may be approved in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged or with a verified shipping-related issue.
- The product has a verified defect or quality issue.
- The customer received an incomplete order.
- An unopened and unused product is returned within the applicable return window.
4. Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Cases
Because Lepique products are skincare and cosmetic products, returns may be refused or limited where:
- The product has been opened, used, altered, contaminated, or damaged after delivery.
- The request is made after the applicable return window.
- The product was purchased from an unauthorized seller.
- The customer cannot provide order information or proof of purchase.
- The issue was caused by incorrect address information or delivery instructions provided by the customer.
- The request is based only on personal preference after opening or using the product.
If a customer reports a skin sensitivity or adverse reaction, we may review the case separately and request photos, usage details, lot information, and medical or safety-related information where relevant.
5. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please include photos of the outer package, shipping label, product packaging, and the item received. If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, exchange, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate resolution.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error, a wrong item, verified damage, or a verified defect, we will provide instructions for return shipping or replacement handling. If the return is requested for customer convenience, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, original shipping fees, duties, taxes, or other costs that cannot be recovered.
Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from customer support. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may delay processing.
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or marketplace. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and handling fees may be non-refundable unless the refund is caused by our error or required by applicable law.
8. Exchanges and Replacements
Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another reasonable resolution.
9. Marketplace Purchases
If you purchased Lepique products through Amazon or another third-party marketplace, the marketplace's order, return, refund, and customer-support procedures may apply. Please use the order page of the marketplace first when required by that marketplace.
