1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect

• Order and contact information you enter to buy: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, the products and quantities in your cart, and your order history. This is stored in our Shopify store.
• Payment status information. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. We receive the outcome of a payment; this website does not collect or store full payment card numbers.
• Account information if you sign in to a Lepique customer account: the identity and session tokens issued by Shopify's customer account service, which we keep in an encrypted session cookie, plus the account details Shopify returns (name, email, order list).
• Support messages you send us by email or phone, including anything you attach, such as order photos.
• Browsing and device data on the marketing pages of the brand site: pages viewed, clicks, referring URL, UTM parameters, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and cookie or pixel identifiers.

3. Cookies this site sets

• Region preference (lepique_market_preference): stores the country or region you pick, so we show you the right store and the right legal documents.
• Cart (__Host-lepique_us_cart): holds the identifier of your Shopify cart so your cart survives page loads. It expires after about ten days.
• Sign-in (__Host-lepique_us_session and a short-lived __Host-lepique_us_oauth cookie during sign-in): encrypted session cookies for Shopify customer accounts.

The cart and sign-in cookies are required to shop and to sign in; the store cannot work without them.

4. Analytics and advertising technologies

On the marketing pages of the brand site we load third-party tags: the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms), Microsoft Clarity, and the Google Ads global site tag. These providers receive page views and interaction events and may combine them with data they hold to measure and target advertising.

The United States shopping pages — the store home, product pages, and the cart — load two measurement tags of their own: the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity. The Meta pixel records page views, product views, and add-to-cart events for advertising measurement. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, and session replays — so we can improve the store; keystrokes in form fields and text content are masked by Clarity before they leave your browser. The Google Ads tag is not loaded on any store page.

Your account, order history, order detail, and sign-in pages under /us, and these policy pages, load no advertising or analytics tags at all. Those documents are also sent with a no-referrer policy, so the pages you view there are never reported to a third party. That separation is enforced in the site's code by an explicit allow-list of the three shopping pages, and moving between the marketing area and the store performs a full page load so marketing-page tags cannot follow you into the store.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information with the service providers that make the store work: Shopify Inc. ( ecommerce platform, checkout, customer accounts), the payment providers presented at checkout, shipping and fulfilment partners needed to deliver your order, Vercel Inc. (website hosting), and the advertising and analytics providers named above for marketing-page activity. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Advertising technologies on marketing pages may share identifiers and browsing activity with those advertising and analytics providers for targeted advertising, and that activity may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable state privacy laws.

6. Your choices

This site does not currently provide a cookie consent banner, an in-page advertising opt-out control, a Global Privacy Control signal handler, or a self-service privacy request form. You can exercise your choices in these ways:

• Block or delete cookies through your browser settings, including third-party cookies.
• Use the opt-out and ad-settings tools offered directly by Meta, Microsoft, and Google for their own advertising and analytics products.
• Email kwshim@lepique-beauty.com to ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of targeted advertising. We handle these requests by email, may need to verify your identity first, and respond within a reasonable time.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link in that email.

7. Retention and international transfer

We keep order, payment-status, and support records for as long as we need them to run the store and to meet tax, accounting, and dispute obligations. We and our service providers operate from the United States and from other countries, so your information may be stored or processed outside the state where you live.

8. Security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including encrypted session cookies and transport encryption, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
