Very very moisturizing. I have fine lines and my under eyes can be dry. This makes my skin look glowy and like I actually slept the full 8 hours lol. It makes my fine lines look a little plumper. I dont really have eye bags so I can't say anything about depuffing.

Have already received the items but not in good condition. The worst packing ever., no box and jNOT properly packed, just put inside black PLASTIC and no FRAGILE STICKER, .boxes dented and if delivery not done properly, am sure the items will be damaged. So stingy to even put inside a box???
