Please improve on your packaging as they have always been terrible and this time horrible!!! And they are not 10 ringgit cheap creams. All the 4+1 boxes came damaged and soaked wet. I hope the inside is okay as the inner cover looks clean although they are not sealed. I don't want to open all of them to have the retinol cream further oxidized. Previously the box of masks were so badly dented as if they were cheap masks. I have free skin care samples sent in neat and great packing and this is really disappointing. Now I am worried about my next mask shipment on the way.
