Same day delivery.
The packaging was simple. Although the outer box had some minor dents, the product itself was unaffected. The product has not been used yet.

Bought based on the various good reviews. Hope the product will work to give me better skin per the reviews claimed in the medium to long term. Seller was generous to include a free sample, quite big size too compared to normal satchel samples. Delivery was quite fast, bought on 8/8 and received the next day.
